Where do you ship?
We ship across the Baltics: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free shipping in the Baltics (LV/EE/LT).
When will my order be shipped?
We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. After your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number (when available).
How do you list sizes?
Each product includes EU size and measured insole length (cm) for that exact pair.
How do you measure insole length?
If the insole can be removed, we measure it directly. If not, we measure inside the shoe and provide the closest estimate.
Why can the label size/cm differ?
Label measurements can vary — please rely on the insole length listed in the product description.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery/collection only if the item is not as described (e.g., incorrect insole length, item listed as new but arrives used, unlisted defects, or shipping damage).
We do not accept returns for preference reasons (fit/look) if everything matches the listing.
Who pays return shipping for approved returns?
If the return is approved as not as described, we cover the return shipping cost.
What if I don’t collect my parcel?
If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, we can reship it. Reshipping fees may apply.
