A) Orders & delivery (when you place an order)

• Name, email, phone number (if required by the parcel locker carrier)

• Delivery country and selected parcel locker

• Order details (items purchased, timestamps)

B) Customer support communication

• Messages you send us (email) and our replies

C) Newsletter (not active yet)
We plan to offer a newsletter in the future. If you subscribe later, we will collect your email address and subscription status. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time.

D) Technical data (website use)

• Basic technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, and pages visited (e.g., for security and basic site operation)

3) Payments (important)

Currently, we do not process payments through a connected payment provider on this website.
If/when online payments are enabled in the future, payments will be processed by a payment service provider shown at checkout, and we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly. We do not intend to store full card details on our servers.

4) Why we use your data (purposes)

We use personal data to:

Parcel locker carriers (shipping):

We may use Hostinger (or another hosting/provider) to operate the website.

Email services:
We use email services to send order and support emails (and newsletter emails when/if enabled).

We do not sell your personal data.
