Shipping
We ship from Tukums, Latvia to the Baltics: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.
Free shipping in the Baltics
Shipping is free for all orders within LV/EE/LT.
Carriers
Orders are shipped using the delivery options available at checkout, including Omniva, DPD, Smartpost, Unisend, and other local carriers.
Dispatch time
We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Delivery time
Delivery times depend on the selected carrier and destination.
Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number (when available).
Unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we can reship it. Reshipping fees may apply.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery/collection only if the item is not as described in the product description or photos.
Examples of “not as described” include:
The measured insole length in the listing is incorrect (e.g., listed 28 cm, received pair measures 29 cm)
The item was listed as brand new, but arrives used
The item has missing information or unlisted damage/defects
The item was damaged during shipping
We do not accept returns if:
the size doesn’t fit due to personal preference
you don’t like how the shoes look in real life
everything matches the description and photos
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with no new wear, dirt, damage, or strong odors, and include any accessories/packaging if applicable.
If the return is approved as not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost (or provide instructions/label depending on the carrier).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 3–5 business days to the original payment method (for approved returns).
Please note: the time it takes for the money to appear in your account may depend on your bank/payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges if the requested item/size is available. Contact us first so we can confirm availability and provide instructions.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at support@sirushoes.com within 14 days of delivery/collection and include:
your order number
the product name/link
a short explanation + photos (if needed)
Please contact us before sending anything back — we will provide return instructions.
